TAG Aviation Europe announced that it has restructured and strengthened its Maintenance Services Operations management team in the UK with the appointments of several new senior personnel.
The following roles and management changes take effect immediately:
Cyrille Pillet has been appointed Vice President of Maintenance Operations and will be responsible for harmonising the maintenance and engineering processes employed within all TAG Aviation Maintenance Services locations. He is also the Accountable Manager of TAG Farnborough Maintenance Services Centre based in the UK.
Cyrille spent the early part of his career working in the UK for British Airways and British Mediterranean Airways. For the last ten years he has been employed by Revima Group (an APU and landing gears MRO Company based in France) where he undertook a broad range of increasingly senior positions in operations and customer facing roles.  Cyrille holds a professional engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from ESTACA University in Paris and an Executive MBA from the Cranfield University, School of Management, in Bedford.

John-Paul Williams joins as the Commercial Manager for TAG Farnborough Maintenance Services where he will lead the Commercial team activities and assumes overall responsibility for Customer Support, Sales, Warranty and Invoicing.
Most recently John-Paul was Senior Manager for Line Maintenance at Qatar Airways where he was in charge of overseeing all line maintenance operations of the Qatar Airways’ fleet of aircraft based at Doha Qatar. Prior to this he spent seven years as General Manager of Maintenance and Operations for Monarch Aircraft Engineering.  John-Paul began his aviation engineering career with the UK Armed Forces as a Helicopter Engineer before moving to British Airways as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer at London’s Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.
Greg Hoggett, TAG’s former Accountable Manager of TAG Farnborough Maintenance Services, has become the Chief Operating Officer of TAG Aviation UK.  In this newly created role Greg will become the Accountable Manager for the UK AOC and will report directly to Graham Williamson, TAG’s President of Aircraft Management and Charter Services, in regard to all aspects of day to day UK operations.

“I am delighted to welcome Cyrille, John-Paul and Greg to these new executive positions”, said Franck Madignier, President Maintenance and FBO Services, TAG Aviation Europe.  “Cyrille brings considerable experience of working in a very demanding industry including having spent eight years working within the British culture. I am confident of his ability to surpass customer expectations while developing a centre of excellence culture throughout all aspects of TAG’s maintenance services operations.
“John-Paul brings an impressive array of International expertise from his previous aviation appointments and is ideally placed to develop and advance TAG’s high level of customer support within TAG Farnborough’s engineering team.  I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Greg for his past exemplary contribution and for the on-going progress he has helped instigate at TAG Farnborough Engineering. I know his new role will enable TAG to further strengthen its UK management team,” concluded Mr Madignier.
