June 2020 is quite positive and reach on new project announcements for AMAC Aerospace. Let's see in more details: maintenance projects on two Airbus ACJ320, new contract on a Boeing B747, new projects on Bombardier Global 6000 and Airbus ACJ319 and completed project on a Bombardier Global XRS.

The privately-owned aircraft arrived by the end of June and will undergo a 2C-Check inspection in Basel, Switzerland. A further maintenance check on an Airbus ACJ320 is in the pipeline; a privately-owned Airbus ACJ320 will arrive by the end of July 2020 at AMAC Aerospace. AMAC’s technicians will carry out a multiple C-Check on the aircraft.

AMAC Aerospace signed a new contract on a Boeing B747. The Head of State aircraft will arrive by the end of July and AMAC Aerospace will carry out a multiple C-Check package. Moreover, AMAC Aerospace won a project on an Airbus ACJ319. AMAC will perform a 6-, 12-, 18- and 24-month check on the privately-owned ACJ319. The Airbus team will carry out a partial cabin refurbishment and a Ka-Band installation. The aircraft will arrive in July in Basel, Switzerland.

Clients expect to have seamless connectivity and use of broad-band access in their aircraft – on ground and in the air. AMAC Aerospace has been awarded to upgrade the connectivity system on a privately-owned Bombardier Global 6000. Since becoming an Authorized Service Facility (ASF) of Bombardier in Europe, more and more Bombardier aircraft are entering AMAC’s hangars in Basel, Switzerland. In summer 2020, AMAC Aerospace will open its gates to welcome an Airbus ACJ319. The privately-owned ACJ319 will undergo a 6-, 12- and 24-month check in AMAC’s headquarters.

AMAC Aerospace’s team completed an 8C-Check on a privately-owned Bombardier Global XRS in Basel, Switzerland.  The aircraft arrived by the end of February to undergo a maintenance check.  While on ground, a cabin refurbishment was completed as well as avionics upgrades were carried out.

The maintenance check required the removal of the stabilizer. AMAC’s dedicated Bombardier expert team accomplished the project on time and on budget; the aircraft has been released for its take-off to the painting shop after the 8C-Check.
